Raw Aptitude Assessment
We screen for academic rigor. To apply candidates must have a minimum 3.5 GPA or above. Eligible candidates then complete a Psychometric Assessment to measure rapid + logical problem solving, critical, numeric & diagrammatic reasoning, and vocabulary + comprehension.

Psychographic Assessment (Culture Fit)
We conduct live video interviews to measure all the "soft skills" that make for a successful pairing: Emotional intelligence, self awareness, character, motivation, temperament, team orientation, and communication.

Writing Sample
As a final skills assessment, we request a writing sample prompted by a practical case study adapted from previous workflow materials. This step measures reading + comprehension, attention to detail + quality of writing, empathy, brand voice. This crucial step ensures that both you and your customers have a great experience.

Successful candidates undergo an identity & background check then begin and intensive 6-week training program.
